So AT&T or Verizon or some cell phone company had a contest on Facebook to see which college would get the most votes… Naturally (I say, “naturally” because it makes FSU looks cooler) Florida State University won – which is great for Alli & I! We snagged free floor tickets to the show so here is the video and some photos from that night.
I’ll just say this, the last time I got to see Weezer was in 99/00 just before the green album was released and back then I considered it the best show i’ve been to… until now. Even with broken ribs and internal injuries from the bus accident a month ago – Cuomo and the best still managed to rock it. I guess it helps when you have a crowd of 5-8,000 people singing the lyrics for you
Best of all… Josh Freese was on drums.
Oh, and hayley williams helped with “say it aint so”.
Crap I almost forgot, Jermaine Dupri came out to sing (talk) “can’t stop partying”.
